We offer a money-back guarantee on our subscription-based web applications and Excel® templates. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within 30 days (initial use period for a subscription-based web application), you will be given a full refund.

No refunds are available after the initial use period for a subscription-based web application.

Payments made by Credit Card will be refunded by crediting the credit card account. Payments made by check, cash, money order or international bank transfer will be refunded by check.

All cancellations must be received in writing as per the deadlines indicated; regular mail or e-mail notifications are acceptable.
